All inventory consists of factory overstocks, shelf pulls, open-box items, and customer returns. Items are sold under strict condition tiers (Brand New, Open Box, and Store Return/Used).

2. 'As-Is' Policy & Return Restrictions

All sales are final. We provide a strict 7-day testing window from the date of purchase covering electronic and mechanical functionality only. No refunds or exchanges are issued for cosmetic preferences.

3. Warranty Disclaimer

Lost Dutchman Liquidators is an independent liquidator and is not an authorized distributor for the brands sold. Manufacturer warranties may or may not be honored by the original manufacturer.

4. Local Pickup & Inspection Rule

Customers are required to fully inspect items, parts, and condition at the time of pickup at our Apache Junction location before leaving the premises.
